I have recently completed a transformational ethics project for a global social media firm. I have a postgraduate certificate in Corporate Governance & Business Ethics, a degree in Economics and am a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Over 15 years, I have supported governance at numerous and diverse organisations including large commercial firms, SMEs, Charities, and public sector organisations such as the NHS and Local Authorities.

I am Chair of the Ethics Committee of Takumi International, Non-Executive Director of the Camden Society (London), a Trustee of the Peel Institute Company, Vice Chair of The Garden School, which is part of the Hackney Learning Trust and a member of the City of London Police Independent Advisory Group. I am also a former Board member of Healthwatch City of London.

I have substantial experience in advising Audit Committees and Boards on the performance of their governance systems, advising on compliance as well as how to improve outcomes.

I have worked as a business analyst in multiple start-ups in Berlin and London, where I have helped in making strategic decisions on how to advance business performance, based on market research and performance insights. Throughout my professional career and education, I have lived in the US, South Africa, the Netherlands, the UK and Germany, where I have worked with diverse people and developed extensive intercultural and communication skills.

My academic education includes a bachelor’s in business administration, a postgraduate certificate in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability from University of London and a film school certificate.
